Refunds or replacements are only provided if a warranty is clearly stated. No warranty means no refund or replacement.
Once the account is transferred to you, I am no longer responsible for any issues that happen afterwards.
WARRANTY POLICY
Unless stated, no warranty is included.
If warranty is included, it only covers issues where the account is pulled back by support. It does not cover bans, inactivity, bad securing, or user mistakes.
Refunds/replacements are only given with clear proof, such as recovery emails or valid evidence. Keep all emails and screenshots as proof.
If a pullback cannot be proven, no refund or replacement will be given.
Trying to scam or abuse warranty will instantly cancel your warranty. Only contact me if the issue is real and you have clear proof.
Warranty is for personal use only. If the account gets reposted, resold, or shared, the warranty is void.
Sharing warranty files, PDFs, or private information with others will cancel your warranty.
If an account receives a ticket and you can cancel it, you must show proof that it was successfully cancelled. If you do not cancel it and the recovery becomes successful, that is your responsibility.
SECURING POLICY / RISK POLICY
Securing your account is required. If you do not know how to secure it, I am happy to help.
I am not responsible if an email/account gets locked during securing because of spammed codes or mistakes. Most locked emails can be recovered after some time.
